No matter what kind of turned parts you need, we have a wide variety of 6 and 8 spindle Acme Gridley Screw Machines along with skilled and experienced workforce that quickly delivers parts on time, to print and cost effective. With over three decades of experience in manufacturing screw machined parts servicing industries from agriculture, ammunition, heavy machine manufacturers to transportation, we know what it takes to produce even the most difficult parts quickly with the highest precision and quality.
Our Acme Gridley Screw Machines can make parts from 1/8 inch to 2-5/8-inch in diameter and as fast as 4 seconds per part. Although material selection will impact the tolerances that can be held, standard tolerances for these machines is +/- .002 inches.
Over the years we’ve worked with many types of materials including but not limited to carbon, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, as well as a wide variety of machinable plastics in solid bar or tube form. We can provide you with “complete parts” by coordinating services such as anodizing, plating, heat treating, shot peening, light assembly, warehousing, custom packaging and more — ensuring we meet the quality specifications of your finished part.
Tooling is supplied at no charge, with backup tooling kept on hand and stocking plans available for finished goods.
Typical production releases start at 1,000 pieces with no limit on the production quantity.
